There is a petition in the Whitehouse.gov that ask GOV to allow filing for
EAD as soon as I-140 is approved.

this might be very helpful for those who are in the stage (I-140 approved)

还差1万多，这个原来就被提议过了，签名的也达到了数额。但是没通过，估计这次也
不一定会通过。但是，将来有一天一定会通过，为他人作嫁衣裳吧！~
