这么低的库存，再加上fed每个月买400亿mbs, 房价肯定要涨了。
算全国平均成交价20万一个房子的话，400亿差不多是24万套房子的loan,
相当于fed把全国绝大多数成交的房子的房贷做成的mbs给买下来了。
