only service. if you have tv as well, they should be able to do something.
att u-verse is not that bad, download is faster, upload is much slower
though (1Mb vs 4Mb) |

problem is not the speed. each time you switch, you have to pay install fee.
around 35 bucks. so your monthly cost go up ￥5-6.
