是买extend warranty 和 extend maintainese 还是找独立修车场作保养和维修呢？
如果是独立修车场，大家都是去哪家呢？能否推荐一下？（我在san jose地区）
一年保养和repair一般一共要多少钱呢？（按一年 12k miles算）
在开328i,想保留较长一段时间，
dealer一直给我和我朋友推荐extend warranty 和 extend maintainese 说近期买的话
，会有优惠，但不知道这个有没有必要

修车店找离家近的比较方便，yelp可以参考。
保养要看是哪个cycle的maintenance。200-600不等，一年12k miles的话，将近一年需
要做一次。 |

发帖数: 884 | 4 BMW小问题随便修都要上几百了，虽然买extended warranty一次性给很多但是起码你安
心。那个extended mainteanace到是可买可不买，但是你既然要keep the car for a
while 那我觉得还是买extended warranty。请问要多少钱？保几年？also should you
decided to sell the car when there is still extended warranty, you can sell
at a better price.
还有if you decided to buy make sure the extended warranty is offered by BMW,
NOT 3rd party. |

发帖数: 506 | 6 I bought extended warranty after the 50k mile/4yr original warranty expired.
Shopped around, price for extended warranty varies. This was several years
ago cannot remember exact amount but costed me around $900 to extend the
warranty to 100kmile/6yrs whichever comes first. For me, it worth the money.
Got the brake rotor replaced (if no warranty, it would cost $900+ to
replace the rotor alone at the dealer), 2 more yrs free oil change (each
costs $130-160 at if no warranty), free 60k miles thorough checks and a
couple of other minor repairs, the dealer who serviced my car was nice
enough and did the 100k mile check on my car before the extended warranty
expired.
Not familiar with the euro car shops in Santa Clara/San Jose, I used a one
called John's european auto shop in Dublin and think they are pretty good,
heard they have clients from san jose/santa clara as well. |

money from the buyers. You are buying it for the peace of mind. |
