Wanna listen some suggestions and thoughts from you. We are living in
Atlanta with family income $205,000 before tax.
We are planning to relocate to CA. We know it's very expensive in CA but no
ideas on how expensive it is. How much we should get from the new offer and
then it's worth to move?
We have two kids. One is in first grade and the second one is in day care. |

wise. non-IT industries salary is quite low.
Most families live in range 100k to 200k.
So, the answer is Don't move.

贵,但INTEREST RATE这么低,所以你每个月多付的利息并不算太多.只要你有足够的首付
来买房子,你会喜欢这里的.做好买1米房子的准备. 如果工资能涨20%左右,我觉得挺值
得的.DOWNPAY 40万,贷款60万,应该能在这里过的很好. |

是个误解。
我们也最近从房子相对便宜的地方搬到湾区，开始我也存在这个误解，后来我想，难道
我搬到上海也一定要买别墅吗？如果我想继续住大房子，我为什么要搬家呢？这样一想
，就想通了，湾区也就没有那么可怕了。

要是是人家在别的地方有不错的工作，50万能住4000尺的房子，一英亩的院子外加好学
区，吃饱了撑的到这儿来花一百多万挤进连个院子都没有，厨房里倆人掉不过屁股的小
黑屋。

2200 sqft, and school district is better than average, but very hot with
bidding war though. |
