I bought a house for $468K in January and I got two quotes from the above
two under 600 and bound with Safeco.

建议试一下costo home insurance (IDS Propoerty casualty insurance company),
you need to be a costco member. you can get a quote online instantly. I used
this for my home insurance and the price is less than $600, but my house
price is more than yours. I recommend my clients use it always.
