，然后偶尔几天会上100度。

78.7, 82.3, 80.1, 72.5. While it is not as hot as Texas, it is definitely
out of people's comfort zone without air conditioning.
When people say Bay area has similar temperature year round, they are mainly
referring to the San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley area, where the sea
breeze is not blocked by mountains. Down south San Mateo already gets
significantly hotter.

a tip point of the bay.
