我就装了最便宜的一个电视，用了两个月，关掉了

they might be able to credit back these fees for you as promotion for the
bundle. They did that for us. |

When I bought the U-verse package, I chose "self installation" option. It's
really easy to install it, just plug in the box and follow the instructions.
However, ATT still arranged a man come to my place to "install" their box.
My wife just sent the guy away, coz we chose self-install.
When my first month bill arrived, I saw ATT still charged the installation
fee. I called them and they credit the amount back to my account.
ATT charged the U-verse box for 50 dollars or so. I do not think it's fair
for that tho. |

你说的u-verse box是看电视那个还是那个Modem，那个不是100块吗？我在网上问过他
们的客服，他们说如果你30天寄回去那个Modem，就返回那100块钱。但是运费要自己出
，网上那个Modem卖40-60左右，加上运费，我觉得也就是省10-20块钱左右。
想问一下他们的12m的速度和comcast的12m差多远，现在用的comcast,但是他们太贵了
，现在需要将近70一个月，AT&T u-verse只要30一个月。 想换来试试看，如果能有70%
comcast的速度就能接受了。
