It is a big single family house. The landlords are two old man and woman,
very kind. The room is on the second floor with a lot of sunshine, median

furnitures are provided by landlord, but you could bring your own to replace
some of them if you want. There are another two rooms on the second floor,
so you need to share the bath room with the other two girl tenants, one
from Taiwan, one from Hongkong. Parking is convenient and free. The
location is very good as it is 5 minutes walking to Cupertino Village, very
close to Highway 280, Kaiser
Hospital, AMC, Sears, gas station, bus station. 6 month lease expected,
month by month after that.
