宠物，不吸烟，无不良嗜好。求租一间卧室，需要停车位，有厨房可做饭菜,有无家具
均可。本人太太也是PhD刚毕业，目前怀孕，故暂无工作。
Preferences: 周围安静、安全。室内干净清洁，无臭虫，蟑螂等，独立卫生间；最好
