I can provide advice. When on the phone ask if they provide FREE in house
estimates. Once they come out and provide the estimate, make him/her put the
complete charges in writing on their company invoice for all parts and
labor for the job. I cannot stress enough that all handyman work MUST BE IN
WRITING. If they quote only XX dollars per hour, look for someone else. If
not you might end up with someone spending 20 minutes looking for a part in
his van and charging you $80/hour like $15 Sewer and Drain (never go with
these guys). Good luck.
