looks like apartment.
also, what I heard that for old condos, the hoa is more likely to go up,
because the community need to fix roof, wall etc, from time to time
one condo in mountain view, the hoa went from 300 to 600 in 3 years. better
be away from old townhome or condos.

上周六去San Jose和Campbell看了几个60万上下的open houses,
观感不好:某些标记为SFH的实际跟TH差不多。yard只有巴掌大,
跟某些TH的差不多,而且房与房之间是交错着的,显得巨拥挤。
有的房子周遭环境不行,附近不少厂房的感觉。
曾去看过两间95131的房,感觉不怎么好。
另外一点就是感觉老一点的房子后院面积稍大,而新一点的(如90后)的
有小和拥挤的感觉。
刚开始看房,精盐少,随便说说而已。 |
