Huawei is building the end to end convergence communication solution
integrated deeply with internet, to provide unified communication to
customer, including voice, video, conference functions, etc.
The solution include the network, application service and soft client
(running on PC and Smartphone), somewhat like Skye, Google Talk. Huawei
will build the architecture and design team at US, We are seeking the
experienced and innovative team leader to lead US team
• At least 10 years experience in UC domain, Leadership experience
in a design team of more than 20 people.
• Experience of holding development of large UC project
• Experience of designing and coding the big product
• Strong knowledge of Internet network model and routing
technology and clear understanding of characteristics of the Internet
network.
• Strong knowledge of UC domain, including soft client, codec
algorithms, routing algorithm, web application, etc.
• Deep understanding of characteristics of IT and CT, and clear
understanding of IT applications and CT evolution.
• Familiar with the mainstream PC and mobile phone OS platforms
and applications, and their respective advantages and disadvantages.
• Some knowledge of various IT application technologies, including
but not limited to XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, etc.
• MBB/FBB evolution and CT network evolution is asset. | w*****n
