Didn't see tooth broke on starter and flywheel. lucky for her.
mostly the starter problem, I tested it, find out the starter driver is bad.
other problem is the oil light on and off, which indicate the oil pressure
have problem in the engine.
Did a engine oil pressure test, result told me the pressure was ok. So oil
pump seem ok too,the only left was oil pressure switch. but better flush the
system.
change stater and flush oil system labor for $200 (if need replace oil pump)
she only need to pay the part.
later on, I find out the oil pressure switch need to change too.
only just little difficult to replace. it locate at the back of the engine
plus her car was too much rust, bolts and nuts are easy to crack.
I replaced a new starter, heavy noise gone, problem solved.
oil light is off after replacing the switch and flush the oil system.
I told her need add little money on the oil switch labor. plus the oil
change.(total $26 for 5Qt 5w30 plus filter) labor $20.
she willing to pay for the labor $200 only but refuse to pay for the labor
of the oil pressure switch replacement, oil and oil filter labor too. (I
really don't want to do the oil change for her car, dirty). then means I
work for free.
I solved all her car's problems, she just dose not want to pay, if I don't
solve the problem, I don't expect to get pay.
I save her $170 for oil pump part.if outside garage, for her case, pay $170
for sure.
To do such works in outside shop, she need to pay much more than I charge
her. |

only one thing. We never refused to pay for the labor and costs for oil
filter and engine oil.
In my post, I already showed the scanned version for the total money we paid
. 45$ was for the oil change, 20$ for labor and 25$ for the filter and oil
per the receipt.
算了，不写英文了。
我刚开始听到50$换油，的确觉得比较贵。Victor也曾经说过，你如果不愿意，我可以
帮你把原来的油和filter换回来，我不收你钱。 最后我觉得是我自己的责任，没有事
先问清楚，所以也就付了了事。
这是Victor 修之前给的estimate:
200 labor (change starter, flush engine, change oil pump)
130 for starter
170 for oil pump
这是星期六晚上给我的 cost list:
200 labor
190 for starter (turns out to be 140 + tax)
60 part for oil pressure switch (turns out to be 8$)
40 labor for changing oil pressure switch
50 oil change (part and labor)
这是我们付的
200 labor (change starter, flush engine, change oil pressure switch)
153 for starter
60 part for oil pressure switch
45 oil change (25$ part and 20 labor)
我们唯一拒绝付的就是40$labor, 首先，这个事先没有说好，而且我们觉得Victor 至
少应该先给我们打个电话招呼一声，其次，我们觉得原来说好的200$就是修好两个问题
的labor, 而且结果就是oil pump 没换，换了oil switch (这个应该更简单一些？)
我觉得不能因为说有可能我去别的dealer或者garage修车，可能会花的更多，就
justify这所有的猫腻。如果不是我老公上网查了一下oil switch的价格（我也打电话
去kragen confirm le），我们可能还是做了羊牯还不自知:)
bottom line, 我们付了事先同意的所有labor, plus所有parts的costs (还有那个60$
的 oil switch),还有oil change的钱。 正如前面某个人回的，主要原因是那个60/8
的part,和我们find out之后Victor 的应对态度。

说做人要诚实，你就说“外面有几个诚实的？” 我都没想到我lp还有会录音这一招，
看来的确是给你的无赖行径 惹火了。
至于那个policy/IRS是我发的，我就想看看你这个无赖是不是真的啥都不怕，看来也不
是，不然你也不用在这兴师动众，博同情。 其实我lp早说了，别人龌龊不等于我们也
可以，背后打小报告这种事咱也做不来。我说也就是吓你一身汗罢了。看来还有点用，

2 Oil pump 本来就不用换，你准确断症值得肯定，但不能说你帮大妈省了钱， 只能说
你没让她花冤枉钱， 也不应该以此为多收人工的理由。 本来你的人工也包含了换oil
pump的， 虽然你低估了这个项目的人工， 但换oil pressure switch还是比oil pump
容易， 所以就算大妈不额外付oil pressure switch 的人工，你也没做亏本生意。
3 光从这笔交易来看，大妈在理。 但其LG威胁的行为也不妥，算扯平了。
4 其实为这几十块令自己声誉受损很不划算，你在这澄清的时间都不止值这几十块了。

的。有穿裤子只穿一条腿的吗？而且engine flush很简单，就是买一瓶清洗剂，发动机
转转，把垃圾
油放掉，然后加新油，自己做都可以。大部分车更本没有必要做。
