Bought house at 565K with 150K downpay.
Now house value is 310k, loan 405k.
somebody said I could pay 5k to hire an attorney to force the bank to drop
the loan to decent amount due to my 26% downpayment.
true or false?

writing. Ask for reference and proof of past cases and check those
bank(s) to ensure the documents are real.
