I don't think they will because they charge about $250-$300 an hour.
You probably have to take them to the small claims court.
You probably should read up on DIY small claims to see how strong is your
case before paying for the filing fee.

u may need to buy insurance in advance to cover any damage
u'd better read the contract before suing them
