then
(x - x_1)(x-x_2) = x^2 + 7x + 3
which gives u
x_1 + x_2 = -7
x_1 * x_2 = 3
so (x-x_1-5)(x-x_2-5)= x^2 + bx + c
which gives you b = -(x_1+x_2+10) = -(-7 + 10) = -3
c = (x_1 + 5) * (x_2 + 5) = x_1 * x2 + (x_1+x_2) * 5 + 25 = 3 + 5 *(-7) + 25
= -7
