the valley will see fewer young people coming here?
The entire graduating class of the Indian Institutes of Technology -- the
MIT of India -- used to leave India immediately. I don't think that happens
any more. Where it will start to hurt places like Silicon Valley is at the
very top level. The percentage of great ideas that are thought of in an
Indian head that automatically get executed in Silicon Valley will probably
go down. Some of these ideas will be developed in India. And that is
probably a good thing for the world.
Q India seems to be eclipsed by China in the media these days. Are we
missing an important story?
A What is happening in India is no less important and in many ways it is
particularly important because it is all happening in an open society.
Everyone talks about the American experiment. We are in the middle of the
India experiment. India is so fractured. No one speaks the same language.
There are all these ethnicities and religions. If this works, India will
prove something about democracy to the world.

但我认识的在美印度人确实比认识的在美老中更愿意承当风险，更多entrepreneurship。

但第一桶金不容易，等真的有了，要么不小了，要么买个二房？

乐观的人容易低估创业的失败可能，自然就会多很多entrepreneurship。
很难想象悲观，喜欢贬低别人的人会创业。Negative的人会高估创业的风险，会担心很
多事情，所以创业的人就会少。
