quality, performance and strong client relationships. We are rapidly
expanding the number of products and services we offer our clients and
are looking for a junior QA Engineer to immediately contribute to our
continued success.
At Tightrope Interactive, we manage our projects professionally, with
clear strategy, straightforward documentation and clear time lines.
Strong communication skills, self-confidence, a "quick learner", and
attention to detail are traits potential applicants should possess.
Responsibilities:
* Developing test strategies on web products and windows
applications
* Create and execute test cases, manage bugs and report testing
status to project teams
* Communicate with software engineering teams as well as business
development team members
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues and problems, create concise
defect tickets
* Take responsibility for monitoring product development and
improving product quality
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in computer science or related fields
* 0-2 years of relevant experience
* Experience with Windows technologies
* Experience with SQL and relational databases
* Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
* Experience of scripting knowledge (Perl, Python or Shell) is a
plus
* Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus
