the city's supervisors would need to endorse the finished plan.
The state would also have to pass legislation allowing it,
voters would need to approve the charges.
"... New York City ... to launch the nation's first congestion tolling

班，光进出城费就要12刀，一个月就算20个工作日，就要240刀，郁闷...

Also, for people who paid the bridge toll, there is a discount.

回过路费就
$12还没有包括汽油费.
这不是赶人搬离sf么？ sf 再好也没有好到让每个驾车人士支付如此昂贵的交通
premium，
提倡使用公共交通的purpose是好的, 但也要考虑实际情况. 不过市政府那些官员一向
都是嘴巴和
大脑分开独立运作的
