不会上瘾 -- 错。喝酒也会上瘾，不然怎么有那么多alcholic? 成人吸大麻，不到一成
会上瘾。未成年人吸大麻，一成半会上瘾。
我认为如果要禁，把烟酒一起都禁了。大麻的危害不超过烟酒之合。所有反对大麻合法
化的理由都可以用在烟酒之一或者全部上。如果烟酒可以合法，大麻也可以。
