2. $550 k loan @ 4.375%
3. $150 k case in hand
We want to save $50k in hand just in case. What should we do with the
remaining $100k?
1. Buy annuity ?
2. Buy stock/bond ?
3. Buy gold ?
4. CD, money market?
5. buy investment house/townhouse/apartment?

years to retire: 25 years
child: one 7 years old

in your extra 100k cash.
