Right after one-year warranty, the laptop is unable to charge battery or get
power from power adaptor.
I am wondering whether HP has a shop in Bay Area where people can bring in
their laptops for repair.

renty，最长extend的warrenty不超过一年。
比如你是visa卡，就去visa的网站claim，如果是master就去master的网站，AMEX就去a
mex的网站claim。

one-year warranty. They are going to send a new adapter to me free of charge
. But they did not say what would happen if the new power adapter does not
work.
They also offer an extended warranty for one year.
basic $120
basic+accidental damage $180
for just one year.
Still struggling whether I should buy extended warranty... |
