但是搬走需要give 30 days of notice, and pay 1 month of rent as penalty, plus

不想pay这个钱，很想sue这家department取消这个charge，请问有什么律师可以推荐的

发帖数: 412 | 3 Good lawyers are expensive. Cheap ones are bad. You can try to sue in small
claim court without a lawyer. | G****s

unless you can prove that you suffered permanent injury from the situation. |
