Effective January 1, 2011, you will need a doctor's prescription to be
reimbursed for Over-the-Counter (OTC) drugs and medicines, such as Claritin,
Advil and Robitussin, through your Account. Since the new law requires a
prescription for OTC drugs and medicines to be eligible for reimbursement
under your Account, you will no longer be able to use your WageWorks®
Health Care Card ("Card") to pay for these purchases. Instead, you will be
