跟以往一样，carpool是靠警察visually check. Carpool的车不需要FasTrak
transponder，没有transponder的时候sensor会alert旁边的警察，进行visual check.

traffic通
常都比较好，不管是carpool/express lane还是普通lane。如果一个人开车，除非碰到
车祸，否则
真没有必要付那几块钱。
btw,我一般是7点半-8点之间上carpool那段，不知道其他时间段的traffic如何。

地调查。至少从
我commute的半年看来，680s 从580连接处到84连接处是最堵的。mission到880的那个

可是应该修的是680北向，
680南向 580 -》 84 的这一段，
还有880 - 680 的联络路。

resolved greatly by adding a lane, just 2 miles long from Sheridan (where 4
lanes are merged to 3 lances) to 84. It can be either adding a lane, or
converting one emergency lane to traffic lane (currently there're two
emergency lanes with three traffic lanes.), or borrowing some space from
south bound 680's emergency lance, which is wide enough to split to two
lances.
Any good proposals, where can we submit?
