make unauthorized use of iphone system, unlikely you don't infringe anything
. It will be impossible to make much money there.

precedents way before today's
announcement! government agencies r always slow to react. it's basically an
after-fact acknowledgement.
jailbreaking has NEVER been ruled illegal. yes, apple lost a couple of cases
