好歹要用人指令集的说
其实intel应该也去licence一批，就凭他的工艺，
出来的chip比其他的功耗少20%，一帮人全瞎了

performance，可能是wm或者是server platform. 这个KD Hallman的title是General
Manager - Strategic Software/Silicon Architectures at Microsoft，可能server
可能性大一些。
