第一：要退还remote, box。没问题。但是还要把dish上面一个什么东西给拿下来。请
问这个难不难？站到房顶上好像挺害怕的。
第二：Dish要$15 shipping for return。这个好像也没错。但是我们以前cancel ATT
TV都是free shipping的。Comcast也可以local送回去。请问有没有好一点的办法不要
交shipping。

to take off the "eye" of the satellite. Just need to unscrew the cables and
2-3 screws.
Q2. I sent mine back using $15 option, because it was more expensive to send
through UPS yourself. No, you can't return it locally. |
