点新用户。 Tax软件用了会上瘾。 今年用了， 明年，后年就接着用下去了。

. The link you provided has "priorityCode=3468350682" which is the same as
the "cid=all_webops24_aff_3468350682" from that affiliation testing link.
According to the SD poster, he was testing various combinations of the code
and happened to bump into this 3468350682. Plug that into the retail URL and
you got yourself a check-out enabled price of $0 ($9.99 for Premier).
So the mistake is to enable this testing-purpose affiliation code, while it
should have remained nonfunctional. IMO someone has to lose their job over
this.
