refer to specialist in Vascular Surgery. If you are using PPO, you can
consult with specialist directly.
Here is the specialist my father are using:

Here is main treatment for my father:
Use special socks (buy from CVS)
Ultra sound to check
Laser surgery (next step)

如果只是小腿有问题，脚没事，买calf sleeves就可以了，穿着更方便灵活。

发帖数: 1132 | 12 刚有朋友给科普了下肢静脉回流的问题，回流有问题，就会造成静脉曲张。这个又不能
过度运动，因为运动多了，血液循环加快，更多的血液流向下肢，可是又不能都通过静
脉回流，就会加剧症状。
穿弹力袜可以有效缓解症状。然后适度运动，可以起到预防的作用。
至于穿多久，肯定不能穿着睡觉。一开始吧不习惯可以少穿一会儿，习惯了，可以多穿。
