发帖数: 1980 | 8 If you read DSLreports like I do, I believe only fiber company like Verizon
FiOS, Google Fiber, etc, does not really have cap. But most caps are still
soft-caps in U.S. as users don't really like them and it is hard to truly
enforce that without media backslash.
However,people with Verizon FiOS were asked to convert to business account
if they are found to use hundreds of TB (that's right not GB) per month that
's usually only possible with racks of servers at their home.
