extend the lease after 07/02. The apartment is in Poway, close to Broadcom,
Sony, HP, Nokia, etc. 5 mins drive to Mira Mesa (H-mart); 20 mins drive to
Qualcomm. The apartment is in the countryside apartment complex:

The monthly rent is $1119, including a covered parking. I have some
