标 题: 请问美国签证照片跟美国护照照片是不是一样的规格？

刚才看了一下，似乎是一样的，这是不是就可以用美国护照照片申请签证了？
还有，哪里可以拿到电子版的照片？上次照相只拿到了物理版的。。。

我看了几遍都是一样的啊
美国签证：
美国护照申请人需提交2张相同的照片，美国签证申请人只需提交一张。照片必须满足
下列基本要求，否则申请不予受理。更多详情请参阅下列段落。
1. 照片必须于最近6个月内拍摄
2. 照片尺寸为 2x2英寸 （5x5 厘米）
3. 申请者头部的垂直尺寸必须在1英寸到1 又3/8英寸（2.5 -3.5 厘米）之间
4. 照片必须为白色背景。
5. 必须正对照相机，露出双耳。
美国护照：
In color
Printed on photo quality paper
2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in size
Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (between 25 and
35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. View the Photo
Composition Template for more size requirement details.
Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
Taken in clothing that you normally wear on a daily basis:
Uniforms should not be worn in your photo, except religious clothing that is
worn daily.
Do not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the hair or hairline,
unless worn daily for a religious purpose. Your full face must be visible,
and the head covering must not cast any shadows on your face.
Headphones, wireless hands-free devices or similar items are not acceptable
in your photo.
If you normally wear prescription glasses, a hearing device or similar
articles, they may be worn for your photo.
Dark glasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lenses are not
acceptable unless you need them for medical reasons (a medical certificate
may be required)
Glare on glasses is not acceptable in your photo. Glare can be avoided with
a slight downward tilt of the glasses or by removing the glasses or by
