year. Use it or loss it. It says it's for daycare and pre-k only.

发帖数: 5417 | 3 yes, any program during your work hour counts. Even if you send him to piano
school and the only purpose is to learn piano during your work hour, or any
other enrichment program, it can be reimbursed with FSA.
The keyword is work hour 工作时间。
如果你下班是五点钟，但是六点钟送孩子去画画，那就不能reimburse了。
除非画画老师给的receipt不说时间，只说afterschool program. 然后你证明
你孩子的daycare下午三点钟就放学了。那么afterschool program 也可以
reimburse.

of course, you're golden if you can convince IRS that your babysitter
happens to be a piano teacher. //hoho
