They just anounced several days ago:
Press Release: Solana Beach School District to Open a Seventh School
The Solana Beach School District continues with the process of opening a
seventh elementary school. The District plans to build a school that will
have capacity to serve Kindergarten through sixth grade students, as well as
Child Development Center preschool and before/after school care options for
parents. Students who live within the Solana Beach School District
boundaries in the Pacific Highlands Ranch community will be able to attend
this newest school. The projected opening will be for the 2014-15 school
year. The District will begin a school-naming contest in the fall of 2012.
