怎么找到一块空地的owner的联系方式？只知道APN，查了County的property tax
record,只给显示owner的名字,没有联系方式，怎么找呢？谢谢。 |

the adjacent lot owner. I went to city last week and found that the adjacent
lot is owned by a company. Thanks for your information.
