do not ever underestimate the buying power and determination of Chinese
people to put a roof over their heads in decent school districts.
Prices in CV have been fairly stable since 2009. nobody cares what had
happened or is happening in Oceanside, Chula Vista, or even San Marcos.

我们附近就一个twinhome小区跌了几万，5%，10%不到，其它房子好像没跌
