中国的grocery store，买中国做菜那些调料之类的比较方便啊？我现在住的地方离UTC

就更不会了。
现在看了forks over knives 连奶制品，鸡蛋都不大想吃了。不过bakery 离不开这些。
大家在抱怨中国食品问题。其实这里也一样。只不过骗人技术更高一点。技术含量大一
些。

expensive, checked it out last week, and the prices of produces there are
pretty good. Saw their flyer that they also have grass-fed beef.
I also joined Be Wise Farm Community Supported Argricultural (CSA) COOP for
big box every other week.
Although I'm not rich, I agree that we should pay more attention to what we
eat. Nevertheless, I still think we can find many goodies in Ranch 99, such
as the 冷冻刀削面.
If you like local produces, besides Baron, also check out Henry's, Sprouts,
Trader Joe's. I think Whole Food Market and Jimbos are very expensive.

I do not like trader joe's and henry's.
Is be Wise farm at Escondido? I want to visit there. 我的老乡貌似碰到过你说的那个人，香港人？ 刚跟我提过。
I am single so I can still afford eating good stuff. for a whole family, it
will be really really expensive.
My dream is to have my own organic farm and open the chain stores like whole
foods in China. actually it is not so hard to be fulfilled. Also want to be
a TV chef to promote healthy diet.

I think Be Wise Farm is very close to 4S Ranch. Call them and see if you
can have an informational interview with Fay. She sounds very nice. They
say the best thing to do to start a business is to try to work in it first,
even if you start from the very bottom.
I support your dream. I've read somewhere that they are Chinese with
graduate degree starting organic farm in China. As I told crazyman, I think
those are good entrepreneur opportunities in China as people are so
concerned about 'poisonous' food nowadays. Also, in San Diego, there is a
chef who cook local food and he wrote a book and part of the book is about
Be Wise Farm. Let me know when you want people to try out your food, and I
can provide the healthy ingredients. That's another way for you to make
money-- teach peole to cook healthful and easy diet.
