priority mail flat rate medium box or large box. If not so heavy, use Non-
flat rate box and it will be cheaper.
I ship all the time to my family in china.

about $40.
You had better claim the value below $50 so recipient does not need to pay
customs tax. Priority covers insurance.
Actually post office service is very reliable and safe to ship to my
hometown in Jiangsu. Never had any troubles.
