The apartment has washer/dryer in the unit. The apartment is at top floor (3rd floor), so no worries from noise above. Your part of rent would be $800 + utilities (electricity + internet) monthly, would be $850 in total around.
The gated apartment complex has a gym, swimming pools, hot tubs, and tennis
courts. City buses and UCSD school shuttle are right outside the complex.The
community is very safe and very quiet. Doyle Community Park is just across
the street, and shopping malls and grocery stores (Vans, Whole Food, Trader
Joes) are all within walking distance.
You will be living with a considerate, easy-going, and very clean male
postdoc from UCSD. And he would like to share the apartment with another
