不给钱,而且大多时候都要加班，每周工作起码45-50个小时。谈工资的时候我assume是
有加班费的，因为以前工作的几个公司都有。请问这在加州正常吗？还是我被黑了? |

should pay you. if because you couldn't finish your regular work within
regular hours, and it is you who want to get it done on time, then it's
exempt. but you know, the boss always has way to make you work without
being pay, especially in those private own small companies. |

but some private owns treat their employees very nice, but most aren't.
