reward.
I followed a coupon in Postal Office's Change Address Form package, went to
att.com/reward100. You can get $100 Reward Visa Prepaid card for certain
bundle.
I went "build your own bundle", selected basic phone plan and Elite internet
online but the $100 reward did not show up. Then, an online chat box popped
up. I accepted and chatted with the AT&T representative. She offered me
that $100 reward for my bundle. |

be warned that AT&T customer service sucks, actually the worst I've even
seen.
