vandetanib，商品名称Zactima。但是这种药在中国没有进口，没有上市。所以他们想
试试能不能在美国买。
我对这个～～还真是一窍不通，还请版上的高人支招。
顺便问下，进入三期临床的药，能算正式上市吗？

vandetanib 是针对tyrosine kinase EFGR/VEFGR 的抑制剂。最好先做个基因分析，看
看他是否适合，再决定是否用它。有些类似的药,比如 Erlotinib (Tarceva)可选。
没有处方，处方药和临床药很难在美国弄到，看看AstraZeneca是否会在中国做临床。
三期临床的药，不是正式上市，但有时可以卖（在明显毒副作用发现前）。
btw, they are ridiculously expensive if no insurance.

应该是没有在中国做临床试验。他们之前用的药已经产生抗药，所以医生推荐这个。
如果没有insurance，怎么买呢？这个在CVS这样的药店会有吗？

发帖数: 2971 | 5 在网上买呢，有ONLINE DOCTOR, 就是为了搞个处方，然后好像那些ONLINE的卖药地都
是加拿大地，比美国地便宜。
也有在MEXICO买地。

这个还是昨天才听说的
大概一周前discharge 了一个病人回imperial county一个facility
昨天病人 的那边护士打电话找我们的医生要Px
医生说跨county了，可能不行，但愿意试试
不知道最后拿到药没有

it seems they're not recruiting anymore.

You should contact AstraZeneca China directly.
I doubt you can get the medicine even with prescriptions from "on-line
doctors", as the drug is not approved yet.

clinic trial in China.
By the way, They haven't tried online doctor yet. If online doctor works, I
let "oldgunblue" know.
