The house is a single level, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2180sf in park village
area (S-56 & Black Mountain Rd). You will be staying in one of the master
bedrooms with its own entrance, and have full access to kitchen and laundry.
The owners (a retired Chinese couple) are not planning to be there before
August.
The rent is $700/month, which covers water, trash pickup, and gardener
service.
