I just can not help citing yet another article from mymoneyblog - seems to
me it almost covers every aspect of personal financing :-)
I agree completely that passively managed index funds are the best bet for
average investors

发帖数: 2971 | 5 其实以前房子没有BOBBLE的时候，买房子也是一种养老投资。
听说是这样的，
30年付清，这个时候退休了，就抵押回银行，还是可以住里面，银行每月给一笔钱，等
死了，房子就收归银行了。
还有简单的就是把房子卖了，搬到消费低的地方住个小房子。

resort
