My comment:
(a) Just read the first three paragraphs.
(b) Apparently the workers at VOA are either exempt or not government
employees/ contractors. VOA has been actively reporting WikiLeaks.

about Obama's foreign policy--its success and limitations; While WikiLeaks
intended to expose duplicity, what struck many outside readers was that

My comment; In the print, the byline shows "Beijing." This ananlysis appears
not in the news section but in the weekly "Week in Review" section (for
