Housing at Shanghai is very expensive if you want topurchase one(7k/m^2 at Min
Hang). Rental is affordable. And SJTU provides 650/month furnished 2-bed room
appartments for her facaulties at Minhang.

很激烈啊？总觉得好像回国比在这边混日子还难呢？虽说故国难离。。。
偶尔会听说回国不能适应，又回美国的，不知道这样的人多不多。

经验值回去的好。

For "混日子", it's easier here.
But if you want to do sth, there are more chances in China.
The faculty I mentioned is in the process of applying fundings. If he gets
some, of course his income will be more.
It's also not easy to get a faculty position nowadays. You have to have some
indexed publications. But he got his degree in China, maybe things were harder
for him.
The pay is not bad if you want a career in industries in Shanghai. Generally
120k per year at least.

要在8000左右/mm
申请funding, 如果你没有关系，没有背景，我觉得要申请到的可能性很低。
其实我不明白大家为什么要一头都往交大里面去挤，上海的学校这么多，就没有别的选择
了吗？
当然也可以多年媳妇熬成婆，最终当上教授，博导，前提是你已经装了多年的孙子了
