2, Dept 11 have not NKL also, they have sub-NKL and Dept. 9 also.
3, History of both of dept. 11 and 9 is much shorter than Dept. 4, they have
their strong point to value two CAE, Prof. Gu and Prof. Wei.
4, CAS and CAE seems biased, but also equal. Many EE CAS and CAE graduated
from dept. 4.
5, Only 1/3 dept. and 1/2 old dept. of SEU related to IEEE, and China have
only one fellow of IEEE on CS, in fact that person is in VLSI area, NJUST have
a fellow of IEEE since |
