请问三番领事馆办理护照延期有没有特快加急服务？
如果我drop my passport there in person, can i take it back right away? if i
have to wait, how long will that be? 1 week?

My friend did that in N.Y. a year ago. about a few hours, if i'm not
mistaken ? why not call them for details?

我们的护照是寄去的，
也只花了2星期

i need to get it done ASAP. is there any rush service for mail in? or if i
actually fly there and drop my application, will that be much faster?

but in LA(Los Angeles)
it is impossible to get the passport same day
the fastest services is one day service
(that is u drop today and pick up tomorrow)
but expensive
there are 3-day services and the usually service is 5-days
